I want to create an account

Welcome to KOULCHY AUTO! Your account is the first step to place an order. It will also allow you to track the status of your orders and obtain their history.

To create an account, go to the “My account” section accessible in the menu bar. Then fill out the “New Customer” form. You will receive a confirmation email validating the creation of your account on KOULCHY AUTO.

I forgot my password

We invite you to click on “forgotten password” on the “Already customer” login page available from the “My account” section. Enter the email address associated with your account where you will receive a link to reset your password.

I want to manage my personal data

We attach great importance to the security and confidentiality of our customers' personal information. We undertake to under no circumstances transfer the personal data of our customers to a third party.

You can modify your personal data by logging into your customer account in the “My personal information” section.

Please note, if you need to modify any of your personal information, for a current order, this is possible until your order changes to shipped status. If it has already been shipped, your modification will only be taken into account during your next order.

I want to delete my account

You have a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to your personal data as provided in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, applicable on May 25, 2018 relating to the protection of life privacy with regard to the processing of personal data.

To be able to exercise this right, we ask you to send us your request by filling out a form indicating your name, first name and email.

The catalog offers a wide range of vehicle mirrors, tires, batteries, engine oil, maintenance fluids and products, mechanical and electrical parts, etc.

I would like to place an order

Nothing easier ! To do this, we invite you to use our selector present on the home page directly on the site using the selectors present on the home page with:

search by make, vehicle model or engine type.
Search by chassis number, simply enter the chassis number of your vehicle and choose the reference that suits it.
searching by reference or name of the part or product in the category.

How do I find the right part for my vehicle?

On the KOULCHY AUTO site, 7 days a week - 24 hours a day:

  • by part reference
  • by The chassis number of your vehicle
  • by make, model and type of vehicle
  • by “My account » for your already identified vehicles
I would like to modify my order or cancel my order

You can modify or cancel part or all of your order when it is still in “in progress” status. This action will no longer be possible when the order changes to “validated” status in your customer area.

You can make this cancellation directly on the site from your customer area “My account” in the “My orders” section.

Please note, when the order is shipped from our premises, cancellation is no longer possible. You will have to refuse your packages upon delivery to the carrier.
Adding a part or reference to an order that has already been validated is impossible.

I would like to follow the progress of my order
Log in to your customer account and in the “My orders” section, click on “Track order” for the desired order. You will be informed of the progress of your order. A link will also be sent to you by email when your order is shipped and will allow you to track your package directly on the carrier's website. The order status will appear in this form
Your package is delivered damaged
We invite you to contactour customer servicedirectly to notify us of receipt of a damaged package from the carrier.
Where and how do we deliver?

We deliver orders throughout Algeria. Once the order has been placed and validated, it will be processed and prepared for shipping within 24 hours on average. However, deliveries can vary from 12 hours to 72 hours maximum, depending on the parts ordered (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For any order placed on a Friday, Saturday, or public holiday, the delivery time is from the first following working day.

KOULCHY AUTO delivers to the address of your choice (home, office or relay point)

You will be notified by Phone Call, SMS or email as soon as your package is about to be received.

Important: Do not forget to provide a valid mobile phone number when placing your order so that you can receive the scheduling notification by SMS as well as the reminder.

What are the payment methods on KOULCHY AUTO?
KOULCHY AUTO provides its customers with the means of payment in cash on delivery. And very soon payment with a bank card will be available.
